Responsibilities

• Manage all domestic logistics partners, full truckload, less than truckload, intermodal, and small parcel.
• Work cross-functionally with the CSC team, international team, and procurement to provide updates on orders, report risks, and provide tracking.
• Assist inbound forecast to third-party logistics to better prepare dock space and pallet space capacity.
• Manage all carrier contracts and transportation planning, always looking for better pricing, and unique and creative solutions to transportation issues.
• Analyze carrier data and provide creative cost-saving solutions.
• Report on weekly transportation KPIs to help educate teams on freight costs.
• Monitor MOQs and lead times, and flag them to the CSC team.
• Hold carriers to logistic targets, OTD, trailer utilization, and customer chargebacks, and manage logistics scorecards.
• Own freight invoicing and manage discrepancies.
• Help manage ERP system, domestic fulfillments, and audit data.
• Help build out reports for cross-functional team members for tracking.
• Help manage EDI updates and failures with CSC and third-party logistics.
• End-of-month inventory management in NetSuite for transfers.
• Help build out carrier contracts and QBRs.
• Own TMS integration, data field needs, master data uploads, and reports.

Ideal Experience

• 4+ years’ experience in logistics, preferably within Consumer Packaged Goods.
• Strong transportation industry knowledge with fulfillment and inventory experience preferred.
• Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges in a quick-moving environment.
• Proactive problem-solver seeking innovative and creative solutions with a consistent focus on details.
• NetSuite experience preferred, advanced MS Excel skills, able to build tools and reports as needed.
• Experience with contract work.
• TMS experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills are a must-have.
• Highly organized and strong communicator with proven cross-functional experience.
• Ability to travel to visit warehouses and logistics partners as necessary.
