Andrea grew up in the Chicago suburbs and graduated from the University of Iowa with a talent for making connections, exceptional organizational skills, and a fabulous sense of humor. She began her career in sales at CareerBuilder, quickly excelling in building national accounts. When she turned to The Larko Group for career guidance, Founder Russ Larko recognized her potential and brought her on board to support him and the firm’s daily operations. Andrea immediately set herself apart as a true leader by fostering client and candidate relationships, mentoring employees, serving as a sounding board and strategic partner to Russ, and helping to grow the company.
In 2024, Andrea became The Larko Group’s Co-CEO & Co-Owner in partnership with Amy Larko Falanga. Together, they are spearheading the next generation and expansion into new markets with their dynamic leadership, dedication, and passion for providing top-tier service.
Andrea spends her free time traveling the world with her husband and three daughters, attending her kids’ games and activities, cheering on the Bears and Blackhawks, and relaxing poolside with friends.
